Update 2/1/2014-11:30 pm
- Matt is currently at St. Joseph's hospital.
- He has not been well since Oct and they attempted to stabilize his numbers, but they seem to be getting worse.
- Thursday (1/30/2013) Matt and Mom went in the hospital at around 12:30 am. The doctor's determined that his heart is no longer functioning properly and that it is time for him to go on the transplant list. From what we understand, he will be on the top list.
- They are going to put a device on him to measure some pressures, lung I think. Once this is complete and his paperwork is in place, they are going to transfer him over to Emory for the duration and he will remain at Emory until this occurs.
CURRENT PRAYER REQUESTS
- He is currently on IV diuretics and we need to get the fluid off of him.
- The medications that Matt are on will stop interacting poorly with his stomach.
Will let you know when I know more.

ReplyDeleteMatt, we are praying so hard for you! Aimee, he is lucky to have such an amazing family that loves him as much as you all do. I ask that the Lord wrap His merciful arms around you as only He can and bring you the comfort and strength you need to help Matt through this. Prayer is such an amazing, powerful thing. It works wonders and moves mountains. We love you, Matt!
